About the role
The Human Resources department is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to support day‑to‑day operations in our Epping office. You will act as a key point of contact for employee records, reporting and onboarding activities.
Key responsibilities
- Book appointments and manage HR calendars.
- Compile, generate and distribute HR reports.
- Maintain personal employee records, including wages, leave and training details.
- Capture and update HR information in the system.
- File general employee documentation accurately.
- Present the new‑employee induction programme to new joiners.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in selection, recruitment and HR administration.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, organise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and a self‑motivated work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Permanent contract with standard hours (07:30‑17:00 Mon‑Thu, 07:30‑16:00 Fri).
