Healthcare Recruiter – ABA Therapy Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to support our US‑based client in sourcing top talent for ABA Therapy positions. This fully remote role operates on US Eastern hours, allowing you to collaborate closely with the client and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source qualified ABA Therapy candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and databases.
• Conduct initial screening interviews, assess skills and experience, and determine candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the client.
• Create and post accurate job advertisements for open ABA Therapy roles.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage a robust candidate database, tracking progress and follow‑up.
• Stay informed on ABA Therapy market trends, competitor activity, and salary benchmarks.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for healthcare or therapy roles, preferably ABA Therapy.
• Understanding of ABA Therapy principles and terminology is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to assess candidate qualifications.
• Effective time management and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfortable using recruitment tools and job boards.
