Head of Recruitment – Lead VA Launch (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Recruitment to launch and lead our new VA Launch program. This remote, full‑time position will shape the recruitment function from the ground up, working directly with the founders of a fast‑growing real‑estate brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own the VA Launch initiative: source, vet (DISC + skills tests), match, and onboard virtual assistants for clients.
• Conduct end‑to‑end client and candidate interviews and coach agents on effective hiring.
• Drive client success through onboarding, retention, coaching, and replacement management.
• Manage internal hiring and HR processes for all company hires.
• Build and nurture team culture, training programs, events, and energy as the organization scales.

Required profile

• Experience recruiting, working in a VA agency, or training/onboarding VAs.
• Strong understanding of DISC assessments and personality profiling.
• Excellent English communication and comfort on camera.
• Fluent with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude and highly organized.
• Availability to work overlapping North American business hours.
