GTM Operator – Go-to-Market Partner for AI Startups

About the role
The GTM Operator (also referred to as GTM Partner) works across multiple Blissgrowth portfolio companies, validating ideas, helping founders acquire their first customers, and building the commercial infrastructure needed for early‑stage B2B AI startups to grow.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery and validation calls with target customers to pressure‑test new ideas before building.
- Design and run structured validation frameworks, synthesize findings and provide clear go/no‑go recommendations.
- Coach founders to lead their own sales efforts, conduct cold calls, outbound sequences, and early‑stage demos when needed.
- Own or support the full sales cycle end‑to‑end for early‑stage portfolio companies, from outreach to close.
- Identify and convert opportunities to sell Blissgrowth’s own services to portfolio companies and external clients.
- Proactively generate pipeline using modern outbound methods (cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn, AI‑powered tools) and manage lead lists, outreach cadences, and follow‑up workflows.
- Maintain clean, structured records across CRM and growth platforms.
Required profile
- Consultative, product‑first seller who is genuinely excited by technology.
- Thrives in ambiguity, moves fast and brings rigor to an early‑stage environment.
- 3–5 years of end‑to‑end B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting quota.
- Experience selling to or working within B2B AI companies and can speak credibly to buyers.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms.
- Experience using AI‑powered outreach tools.
