About the role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Worker – Assistant Driver to support the loading and off‑loading of company products. The role involves assisting drivers, maintaining accurate delivery records and ensuring trucks are kept clean.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload company products and assist with vehicle unloading at shift end.
- Help drivers locate delivery locations and obtain customer signatures upon receipt.
- Report delivery‑related issues to management and compile accurate delivery reports.
- Clean trucks and perform general housekeeping tasks.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and reports.
Required profile
- Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4.
- Proven experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or transport and logistics.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Own reliable transport and a clean criminal record.
- Medically fit.
