About the role

The Fleet Controller is responsible for coordinating operational activities within a terminal or depot, ensuring efficient road‑transport dispatch of products. This role supervises a team to meet delivery targets and guarantees timely service for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, plan and coordinate daily operational activities in the assigned division.
• Motivate and supervise a team of employees to achieve operational goals.
• Oversee the dispatch of products by road transport, ensuring compliance with schedules.
• Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements where needed.
• Ensure customers receive accurate and timely deliveries of goods.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coordinating logistics or transport operations.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team.
• Good understanding of road‑transport dispatch processes.
• Focus on customer service and delivery timeliness.
