Finance Transformation Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to lead the integration of AI‑driven automation within our finance function. You will work directly with the finance team to replace manual reconciliation and reporting processes with intelligent solutions built on Claude, Microsoft Dynamics and Anaplan.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI agents and workflow automations that streamline trial‑balance reconciliation and reporting.
• Deepen the integration between Claude, Microsoft Dynamics and Anaplan, troubleshooting data mismatches and ensuring end‑to‑end reliability.
• Collaborate with auditors to structure data for internal and external audit, and implement remediation actions.
• Own the full lifecycle of solutions—from requirements gathering and prompt engineering to production monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Document technical artefacts, APIs and integration patterns for future scalability.

Required profile

• Proven experience deploying Claude or a comparable generative‑AI system in a production finance environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and manipulate financial data models quickly.
• Hands‑on knowledge of audit processes and the ability to translate audit findings into automated fixes.
• Self‑starter mindset capable of working inside the finance team and delivering end‑to‑end solutions.
