Executive Assistant & Social Media Strategist (Part‑time)

About the role

The client is a globally recognized author, executive coach and keynote speaker who needs a proactive professional to combine executive assistance with strategic social‑media support. This part‑time position (25 hours/week) is remote and flexible, focusing on content creation, calendar management and digital growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate travel logistics.
• Monitor inbox and handle basic communications with clients and partners.
• Repurpose long‑form content into short‑form videos and social‑media posts.
• Edit videos, add captions and optimise each piece for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Upload and manage content, maintain publishing schedules and content trackers.
• Identify trends, suggest timely content ideas and apply knowledge of algorithms, hashtags, SEO and GEO targeting.
• Create and edit basic slide decks and presentations.

Required profile

• Highly proactive, able to anticipate needs and work independently.
• Strategic thinker with a strong marketing mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English throughout the shift.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Video editing (including captioning).
• Social‑media management on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• SEO and hashtag research.
• Presentation creation (PowerPoint or similar).
