Executive Assistant – Sales‑Driven Mini‑CEO for US CEO

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support a US‑based home‑service CEO. This is not a traditional admin role – you will act as a mini‑CEO, driving sales, closing deals, and ensuring the business runs smoothly each week.

Key responsibilities

• Set appointments, conduct direct sales calls, and follow up relentlessly to close deals.
• Hire and coordinate service providers, manage dispatching, and oversee customer satisfaction.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement new processes to expand the business.
• Track work hours using Hubstaff and maintain transparent reporting.

Required profile

• Fluent, clear, neutral English suitable for US homeowners.
• Proven sales or appointment‑setting experience with measurable results.
• Comfortable owning numbers and meeting performance targets.
• Available across all US time zones and able to work up to 50 hours per week, including Saturday mornings when needed.
• Willingness to use Hubstaff for time tracking.

What we offer

• Base pay starting at $1,000 per month, increasing with KPI achievement up to $1,400 per month.
