About the role
We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to senior leadership of a UK‑based organisation. The role is fully remote and is ideal for a South African professional comfortable working across time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the diary, travel arrangements and communications for one or more executives.
- Handle incoming correspondence, prepare meetings and follow up on actions.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders across different time zones.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, decisions, expenses and confidential documents.
- Utilise Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom and project‑management tools to support daily operations.
- Assist the wider team with event coordination, reporting and ad‑hoc administrative tasks.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and boost executive productivity.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as an executive or personal assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
- Experience supporting UK‑based clients or employers is a plus.
- Reliable laptop, stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
