About the role
We are looking for an Engineering Talent Sourcer to support a leading client in the defense and space manufacturing sector. The role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to contribute to a high‑performing talent acquisition function.
Key responsibilities
- Own the initial candidate experience in partnership with onsite Talent Advisors, reviewing applications and conducting interviews.
- Promote the employer brand and provide detailed information about the organization and role.
- Utilize sourcing tools, social networks, referrals and industry events to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with Talent Advisors and Delivery Managers to understand business needs and maintain a robust pipeline.
- Maintain accurate data in recruitment systems, track conversion metrics and ensure performance targets are met.
- Perform ad‑hoc administrative duties and support related projects.
Required profile
- 1+ years of experience in sourcing or full‑cycle recruiting, preferably within engineering, defense or technical fields.
- Background in staffing or recruiting industry.
- Strong written and oral communication, prioritisation and judgment skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and work under tight deadlines.
Required skills
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) proficiency
