About the role

Designity is looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to lead comprehensive marketing audits for a diverse portfolio of brands. You will translate complex performance data into clear, actionable strategies that improve SEO, paid media, content, email, and social outcomes while leveraging AI‑powered tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end digital marketing audits across SEO, paid media, content, email, and social channels.
• Evaluate multi‑channel performance, identify quick wins and long‑term growth opportunities.
• Develop structured, actionable roadmaps that clients can execute.
• Assess website and SEO health, including technical SEO, UX, and site performance.
• Review and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Improve content and email strategies to boost engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Benchmark competitor activity to uncover positioning gaps.
• Apply AI‑driven marketing tools for automation, personalization, and reporting.
• Translate analytics into clear recommendations for marketing teams and executives.
• Collaborate with internal Creative Directors to align strategy with execution.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, consulting, or performance marketing.
• Proven track record auditing and optimizing multi‑channel marketing programs.
• Strong ability to connect performance data to business outcomes.
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills.
• Comfort managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
