SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist (Talent Pool)

About the role

MCI is looking for an SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to join its talent pool and support digital marketing initiatives across multiple industries. The role focuses on on‑page optimization, content enhancement, and performance analysis to improve search visibility and drive organic traffic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits.
• Optimize website pages, metadata, and on‑page elements for better rankings.
• Assist with link‑building activities and monitor backlink quality.
• Collaborate with content teams to create SEO‑friendly website, blog, and social media content.
• Support content planning using calendars and keyword frameworks.
• Monitor SEO KPIs, analyze performance, and produce regular reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Associate degree, certification, or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Google Search Console
• SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz (or similar SEO tools)
• WordPress, Webflow, Shopify (CMS platforms)
• Basic HTML/CSS for on‑page fixes
• Google Analytics and GA4
