About the role
We are looking for a professional, articulate, and customer‑focused individual to join Naru Zanzibar as a Customer Support Representative. In this remote position you will be one of the primary points of contact for our guests, representing our luxury destination‑management brand and ensuring every inquiry is handled with warmth and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via WhatsApp and email.
- Assist guests with bookings, answer questions, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain high‑quality guest experience standards throughout all interactions.
- Support operational coordination and other tasks as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Extremely well‑spoken and professional demeanor.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Hospitality or customer‑service experience preferred.
- Organized, responsive, and comfortable working remotely.
