Customer Success Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Representative to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone and email, and guiding them through scheduling, enrollment, and service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
• Identify and escalate issues that could affect the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs in internal systems.
• Support operational teams during peak periods and ensure documentation is up‑to‑date.
• Track customer conversion from inquiry to enrollment and monitor scheduling capacity.
• Process enrollments, schedule changes, withdrawals, and related requests using booking platforms.

• Strong empathy and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules across a 4‑week cycle.
