Customer Service Specialist – EM South

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard‑working Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Service and Account Operations team. In this role you will manage wholesale customer orderbooks, process orders, generate reports and monitor KPIs aligned with business priorities and forecasts.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently process customer orderbooks, handling intake, reporting and outbound requirements.
• Deliver orderbook fulfilment that meets customer specifications, business forecasts and inventory availability.
• Manage orderbooks end‑to‑end, including issue resolution and reporting with internal stakeholders.
• Achieve quarterly and monthly targets in collaboration with commercial, customer service and supply‑chain leads.
• Coordinate with key account distribution centres to ensure booking timelines are met.
• Collaborate closely with supply‑chain functions, DC planning and outbound logistics.
• Build relationships with DC teams, third‑party logistics providers and maintain optimized delivery performance.
• Proactively solve problems across systems and customer queries, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, supply‑chain, logistics or customer service.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle conflicting priorities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with performance‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• SAP experience (AFS, S/4 HANA) – preferred.
• Salesforce experience – preferred.
