Copywriter & Content Manager (Hospitality)

About the role

Angama is looking for a talented Copywriter & Content Manager to shape the brand’s voice across all guest touchpoints. You will craft compelling stories that inspire curiosity and connection, while overseeing the creation and maintenance of digital and print content.

Key responsibilities

• Write and proofread copy for websites, blogs, newsletters, lodge collateral and sales materials, adhering to Angama’s tone of voice.
• Produce editorial content such as blog stories, newsletters and campaign copy on schedule.
• Manage website and third‑party platform content, ensuring accuracy, consistency and strong storytelling.
• Uphold the Angama Style Guide across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with Design, Social Media and Video teams to support the broader content strategy.
• Identify opportunities to repurpose and optimise content for different audiences and platforms.
• Support SEO and digital content optimisation initiatives.
• Manage Mailchimp newsletters, audience lists and assist with CRM integration, including HubSpot.
• Monitor content performance and propose ideas to boost guest engagement and brand awareness.
