Continuous Improvement Officer

About the role

Truworths is seeking a Continuous Improvement Officer to drive day‑to‑day operational enhancements within its Distribution Centre. The role is execution‑focused, requiring a strong presence on the floor to translate data and observations into tangible improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Lean tools to identify and eliminate waste in DC processes.
• Support supervisors by developing and monitoring structured improvement plans.
• Track and analyse operational performance metrics to gauge progress.
• Lead small‑scale continuous improvement initiatives from identification through to implementation.

Required profile

• Demonstrated operational credibility and the ability to work closely with floor teams.
• Strong analytical mindset to turn data and observations into actionable steps.
• Excellent communication skills for influencing and coaching supervisors.
