Client Support Specialist (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

Meltwater is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Client Support Specialist to join its Premium Support team in Cape Town. You will work closely with the Customer Success Executive and Sales teams to ensure enterprise clients receive timely, high‑quality support and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Premium Support clients.
• Handle day‑to‑day reactive requests, delegating to Managed Services, Product Support, or resolving directly.
• Oversee completion of each customer’s scope of work.
• Create “blueprints” for searches and dashboards to meet complex client requirements.
• Monitor support consumption, providing insights on trends and challenges to the Customer Success Executive or Program Manager.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Executive to continuously improve enterprise support offerings.
• Assist with operational tasks required for software and service deliveries.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies or out‑of‑scope requests and help align stakeholders on support scope.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B client‑support experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of at least one major business domain (e.g., Retail, Financial Services, Media, Tech Health, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills for business problem solving.
• Proven ability to present and influence at all organizational levels.
• Cross‑functional collaboration mindset with a client‑centric focus.
• Experience with large‑scale enterprise implementations.
