Web Developer (Webflow & Wix) – Growth Focus

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and hands‑on Web Developer who will own the development, optimisation, and performance of our digital presence across Montu UK and Alternaleaf. This role goes beyond building pages – you will experiment, analyse, and continuously improve user journeys, SEO, and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the website development and optimisation strategy aligned with business and growth goals.
• Build, maintain, and optimise pages and templates using Webflow and Wix.
• Develop scalable components and add custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript where needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, pharmacy, and growth teams to deliver a high‑performing user experience.
• Implement and manage CRO initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing.
• Monitor site performance and user behaviour with Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar tools.
• Apply SEO best practices, structured data, and ensure mobile‑first, accessible, fast‑loading pages.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in website marketing, product management, or digital strategy.
• Hands‑on expertise in Webflow and Wix.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript.
• Strong track record of improving site performance and conversion rates.
• Experience working in regulated environments and balancing compliance with creativity.
