Client Service Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Service Consultant to act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring high‑quality service and long‑term relationships. This fully remote position is ideal for proactive communicators who thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for client inquiries, handling queries and escalations professionally.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships through consistent communication.
• Onboard new clients, guiding them through setup and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions or service improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Record client interactions and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
• Provide regular feedback and reporting on client satisfaction and service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability with a client‑first mindset.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred).

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
