Civil/Construction Site Manager

About the role

Slabvest Projects is seeking a full‑time Civil/Construction Site Manager to lead on‑site execution of construction projects in Vanderbijlpark. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all construction activities on the site from start to finish.
• Implement project plans, monitor progress, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Manage project budgets and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of site performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site management and construction site supervision.
• Strong background in planning and scheduling construction activities.
• Ability to lead and coordinate diverse teams in complex environments.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry.
• Ideally holds an N6 or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience on civil engineering or large‑scale construction projects.
