About the role
Our client, a fast‑growing UK healthcare workforce solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand its presence across NHS and private healthcare organisations. You will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships and securing contracts within the healthcare and social‑care sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking and relationship building.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of NHS and private healthcare clients.
- Attend client meetings, negotiate commercial agreements and close contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align staffing solutions with client needs.
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide monthly sales and pipeline reports to leadership.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in UK healthcare recruitment or staffing sales.
- Strong understanding of NHS and private healthcare staffing, including frameworks, PSLs and procurement processes.
- Commercially driven, target‑focused and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
