About the role
Optimal Growth Technologies is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to expand its client base and drive sustainable financial growth. You will create and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s mission to support partners in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Research new markets and identify customer needs to inform business plans.
- Arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients, promoting products and services.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare sales contracts, negotiate deals, and handle objections or complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and related documentation.
- Provide after‑sales support and trustworthy feedback to clients.
- Mentor entry‑level staff to develop their sales capabilities.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Demonstrated sales track record with measurable results.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
