Bar Staff – Hospitality Role

About the role

Join a lively team at The Admiral Collingwood pub, delivering food and drink service in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and a supportive atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders and serve drinks to specification, both at the bar and via the customer app.
• Deliver food promptly, complete check‑backs, and clear plates within required timeframes.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and ‘clean as you go’ hygiene across the bar, floor and beer garden.
• Assist with glass‑washing, restocking fridges, and general pub duties as needed.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, friendly and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work flexible shift patterns.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

• Competitive hourly rate of £12.81 (plus £1 extra per hour for midnight‑5:59 am shifts).
