Accredited Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an Accredited Trainer to join the Checkers Gauteng South Division. In this role you will design, deliver and evaluate training programmes that empower our employees and meet SETA compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for staff across the division.
• Ensure all training content aligns with SETA requirements and organisational goals.
• Conduct training needs analyses and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Assess the effectiveness of programmes through feedback and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate training records and certification documentation.
• Collaborate with managers and subject‑matter experts to tailor learning interventions.

Required profile

• Strong leadership presence with a passion for employee development.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of SETA regulations and accreditation processes.
• Ability to motivate and engage diverse audiences.
