Account Manager (Remote, English required)

About the role

InsideOut Hiring is seeking a proactive, client‑focused Account Manager to own the relationship with U.S. clients throughout the hiring process. The role is fully remote, requires fluent English, and works on U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients after sign‑up, communicating timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams, documenting feedback and ensuring no tasks are missed.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to align on client needs and resolve issues quickly.
• Develop long‑term client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and present additional services.
• Educate clients on best practices for working with virtual assistants and set clear expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role such as Account Manager, Account Executive, or Customer Success Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service‑first mindset.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent English, able to communicate exclusively in English during the shift.
