About the role

Join our KZN branch as a Trainer, where you will master our software and hardware solutions and teach retail customers how to use them effectively. You will help ARCH users adopt the system, ensuring they can manage their business more efficiently after your training sessions.

Key responsibilities

Deliver training on hardware and software to retail clients, both on‑site and during new installations.
Break down complex system functionality into clear, bite‑size modules for easy learning.
Travel to client sites to provide hands‑on training and support.
Provide overtime assistance for new system roll‑outs as needed.

Required profile

At least 2 years of POS or training experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle for client site visits.
Clear criminal record.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Network+.

Required skills

CompTIA A+ certification.
CompTIA Network+ certification.
