Testamentary Consultant – Estate Planning Advisor

About the role

The Testamentary Consultant will meet clients at convenient times and locations to provide expert advice on drafting tailored wills that meet each client’s unique testamentary wishes. You will also use the Legacy Protection Plan™ Explorer to calculate potential legal expenses for beneficiaries and recommend appropriate solutions from the Legacy Protection Plan™.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse client needs regarding wills and estate planning.
• Detect shortfalls in deceased estates and propose suitable Legacy Protection Plan™ options.
• Perform LPP™ Explorer calculations for each client meeting.
• Advise clients on recommended LPP™ solutions.
• Amend wills according to client requests and SLA standards.
• Handle administration, feedback, and follow‑up with clients.
• Maintain personal diary, honour bookings, and obtain Team Leader consent for any changes.
• Attend all scheduled official meetings.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• NQF5 qualification prescribed by the FSCA (6 years from DOFA).
• FAIS compliance or progress toward RE5 certification.
• Valid RSA driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Prior sales experience advantageous but not essential.
