Temporary Marketing & Communications Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Temporary Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support the Marketing and Communications Manager in developing, sourcing and delivering advertising and brand materials. This 12‑month fixed‑term position will involve coordinating collateral for festivals, events and internal use, ensuring the right assets are available when needed. The role will involve close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and distribution of marketing collateral such as brochures, books, pamphlets and event banners.
• Maintain stock levels of marketing materials, conduct regular stock‑takes and order supplies to meet operational demand.
• Distribute brand assets to internal and external stakeholders for festivals, markets and other events.
• Ensure staff attending events have the necessary marketing materials to support objectives.
• Facilitate the disbursement of brand collateral to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain an effective filing and record‑keeping system, conduct audits and prepare documents for auditor reports.
• Draft application feedback letters and other communication documents.

Required profile

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Commerce.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding or administration (internship experience considered).
• Knowledge of the film and video industry is advantageous.
• Driver’s licence is advantageous.
