About the role
We are looking for a highly execution‑focused Tech Virtual Assistant to manage client onboarding, CRM systems, outbound infrastructure, and technical operations for fast‑growing B2B campaigns. The role is fully remote and operates on an independent‑contractor basis.
Key responsibilities
- Execute technical onboarding for new clients, including domain/DNS setup, email hosting configuration, and GoHighLevel (GHL) sub‑account builds.
- Create CRM pipelines and automations, and build cold‑email and AI‑SDR sequences based on client briefs.
- Scrape, clean, and upload verified lead lists into campaigns using tools such as Apollo, Clay or PhantomBuster.
- Connect and troubleshoot integrations across GHL, HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Slack, Zapier or Make.com.
- Maintain and optimise live campaigns using performance data, following SOPs and flagging blockers.
- Support onboarding documentation and fulfilment operations.
Required profile
- Strong experience with GoHighLevel, including CRM setup, pipelines, automations and sub‑account management.
- Hands‑on knowledge of cold‑email infrastructure (DNS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warm‑up, deliverability).
- Experience building AI‑SDR or email automation workflows.
- Proficiency with lead‑scraping tools (Apollo, Clay, PhantomBuster) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 email hosting.
- Background in startup, agency or outbound lead‑generation environments is preferred.
