Supply Chain Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Business Analyst to partner with our Site Production teams, providing accurate financial data and analysis to support fact‑based decision making and cost management across the PP&L, Cellars and Packaging units.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with production teams to deliver financial insights, performance metrics and risk assessments.
• Support the site’s business planning cycle, including strategic, annual and latest estimates.
• Prepare and analyse monthly results, producing management reports with commentaries, KPIs and benchmarks.
• Monitor business unit performance against standards such as OEE, O/T, costing and SAP routing, recommending improvements.
• Analyse production order variances, issue early warnings and advise on corrective actions.
• Maintain the reliability and integrity of accounting records, cost centres, P&L and balance sheet through regular controls.
• Perform monthly internal audits, stock verification and assist with capital expenditure processes.
• Develop financial competencies within the business unit and ensure compliance with excise, IT and material policies.
