Supply Chain Administration Assistant

About the role

The Supply Chain Administration Assistant will support the implementation and ongoing management of our inventory system. This admin‑focused position is ideal for candidates with hands‑on experience in stock control, planning and inventory software.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate MRP system data, including BOMs, supplier lead times, MOQs and reorder triggers.
• Monitor stock levels for raw materials, packaging and finished goods.
• Coordinate regular stock checks and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Run planning reports and flag potential shortages early.
• Provide purchasing and production teams with up‑to‑date stock and planning information.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience with inventory, MRP or ERP software.
• Experience in inventory control, production planning or stock management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work closely with purchasing, production, warehouse and management teams.
• Proactive approach to identifying stock risks and planning gaps.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MRPeasy, SAP, Sage, Syspro, Oracle NetSuite or Pastel.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of BOMs, stock movements, supplier lead times, MOQs and reorder planning.
