Solutions Architect – Marketing & Communications

About the role

We are looking for a senior Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and maintenance of solution architectures that support our Marketing and Communications initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into robust, scalable technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain end‑to‑end solution architectures for digital marketing and communication platforms.
• Define high‑level functional and non‑functional requirements and evaluate technical trade‑offs.
• Identify major components, subsystems, and interfaces, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate platforms such as Azure, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and SAS.
• Provide governance and guidance to ensure security, scalability, and performance of the architecture.

Required profile

• TOGAF 9+ certified Solution Architect.
• 8–10 years of experience in solution architecture.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with Azure and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture.
• At least 2 years of data architecture experience in complex customer or employee data environments.
• Proven ability to integrate cross‑platform solutions, especially with SAS.
