Solution Architect

About the role

The Solution Architect will design cohesive, end‑to‑end solutions that span product design, manufacturing, supply chain and digital customer engagement. Working closely with senior architects and delivery teams, you will ensure that business processes, digital capabilities and platforms are integrated to deliver scalable, business‑aligned outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design of integrated solutions, evaluating how multiple systems and capabilities work together end‑to‑end.
• Support architectural decision‑making by analysing trade‑offs across scope, cost, timeline, quality and operational impact.
• Apply enterprise architecture principles and technology standards within the solution context.
• Translate business and functional requirements into clear, implementable solution designs.
• Define system collaboration, focusing on capability alignment, data flow and user journeys.
• Apply modern digital and cloud‑native patterns such as microservices, APIs, platform services and event‑driven approaches.
• Design AI‑enabled and agentic solutions, incorporating autonomous agents, orchestration layers and data services.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps and testing teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and delivery‑ready.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in solution design and architecture.
• Strong ability to analyse solution‑level trade‑offs and align designs with business outcomes.
• Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical designs.
• Experience working with cross‑functional delivery teams.
