Social Media Coordinator

About the role

Storm Ideas is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help shape the digital presence of leading US TV and entertainment brands. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure social content is delivered on time, meets strategic goals, and engages audiences across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with contacts to clear social media post dependencies and meet client expectations.
• Provide strategic social media recommendations tailored to client needs.
• Schedule and review content across various social networks and YouTube channels.
• Collaborate with content production, copywriting, and captioning teams.
• Assist with calendar planning for multiple client accounts.
• Research client shows/movies and conduct regular account audits.
• Stay updated on platform changes, brainstorm tactics based on trends, and implement them.
• Optimize YouTube content with effective thumbnails and copy.
• Support the setup and documentation of internal processes.

Required profile

• Strong focus on social media with a self‑starting attitude.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to own projects end‑to‑end.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent written communication and qualitative data analysis abilities.
