Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

About the role

Robin AI is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to help build and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers its Legal AI platform. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability for customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure Robin’s systems are highly available and scalable across regions.
• Standardise and implement observability practices using logging, tracing, metrics, and monitoring.
• Design, deploy, and operate infrastructure supporting product teams, expanding into new regions.
• Automate manual operational tasks and improve build, test, and deployment pipelines.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and enhance incident handling processes for 24/7 reliability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python or another backend programming language.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) managed with Terraform.
• Ability to troubleshoot across the full stack, from browser to networking, containers, and data stores.
• Experience with observability frameworks (OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, DataDog).
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure deployments is a plus.
