About the role
We are looking for a motivated Shop Assistant/Cashier to join our retail team in Pretoria, Gauteng. You will be the front‑line representative, handling sales transactions and providing friendly, professional service to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Execute all point‑of‑sale operations efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash safely at all times.
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering superior customer service.
- Maintain merchandising standards and general housekeeping in line with visual guidelines.
- Stay updated on product ranges, promotions and events to inform customers.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Retail/FMCG background with knowledge of merchandising and promotions.
- Understanding of stock management procedures.
- Strong customer service orientation.
