SEO Manager – Remote (Global)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Manager with deep expertise in on‑page, off‑page, local and technical SEO. The successful candidate will drive organic traffic and improve search rankings for our home‑service clients using data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Create, implement and continuously refine SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and conversions for painting contractor clients.
• Test, analyse and adjust SEO tactics based on performance data.
• Lead, mentor and delegate tasks to a team of SEO specialists, ensuring high‑quality, timely results.
• Use data‑driven metrics to assess performance, identify improvements and align SEO efforts with broader marketing goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience managing SEO teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Extensive knowledge of on‑page, off‑page, local and technical SEO.
• Proven expertise in keyword research, content strategy, link building and site audits.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts, preferably in the home‑services sector.
