We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Site Manager to oversee our mining crushing operations. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a mining site, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and optimal production performance within a demanding environment.

Missions principales

• Operational Oversight: Direct and manage all crushing site activities, ensuring production targets are met through meticulous planning and monitoring.
• Compliance & Safety: Guarantee full adherence to MHSA (Mine Health and Safety Act) regulations and implement rigorous SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards.
• Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance of all equipment, implementing robust preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Financial Control: Manage site expenditures, control operational costs, and optimize resource allocation to ensure profitability.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage internal employee relations and site performance audits.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead site inspections and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and safety protocols.

Profil recherché

• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in mobile crushing, quarrying, or aggregates operations.
• Strong educational background with a degree in Mechanical or Mining Engineering.
• In-depth, expert knowledge of MHSA legislation and mining safety standards.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing large-scale industrial sites and diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel and undertake international assignments as required.
