Senior Scrum Master & Project Manager – Enterprise Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large‑scale enterprise transformation programme. The role blends Agile delivery leadership with traditional programme and project management to drive multiple workstreams across HR, technology and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the programme, creating and maintaining integrated plans, milestones and critical‑path schedules.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, PI Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review and Retrospective) and manage the Agile board using Azure DevOps, Jira or Confluence.
• Coordinate inter‑dependencies across business and technology workstreams, ensuring alignment with objectives, quality standards and governance.
• Engage senior stakeholders across HR, Technology, Architecture, Security, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Employee Benefits and Investments, preparing executive updates and steering‑committee packs.
• Maintain RAID logs, proactively mitigate risks and resolve issues, and manage cross‑team dependencies.
• Oversee testing and release activities (SIT, UAT, production), support defect triage and ensure release readiness.
• Produce regular status reports, executive dashboards and capacity reports for governance forums.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of project and programme management experience, including large, complex transformation programmes.
• Proven Scrum Master experience in Agile environments and strong traditional project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication capabilities.
• Knowledge of employee benefits and investments business domains is a plus.
