About the role
Heineken in Johannesburg is looking for a senior manager to lead Ready‑to‑Drink (RTD) and cellar operations. The role focuses on overseeing processing, supply management and quality control while driving innovation and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead RTD processing and ensure production meets quality standards.
- Manage supply chain activities and cellar inventory.
- Implement best‑practice procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- BSc degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of cellar operations experience.
- Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
