About the role

Allen & York Ltd is seeking a Senior Resident Engineer to lead construction supervision of urban water supply and waste management projects in South Africa. The role focuses on delivering resilient infrastructure that can withstand climate change impacts while supporting inclusive community outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Oversee construction supervision for urban water supply and waste management projects.
Ensure project designs and execution are resilient to climate change impacts.
Promote inclusive practices that benefit diverse community groups.

Required profile

BSc in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Experience administering FIDIC‑based contracts.
