About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a critical portfolio of strategic projects. The role involves overseeing five Project Managers and ensuring effective delivery, alignment, and governance across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for five key projects and five Project Managers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Maintain robust governance, holding teams accountable for performance and outcomes.
• Navigate complex, dynamic environments and resolve issues that may block progress.
• Engage and influence stakeholders, including difficult ones, to secure alignment and support.

Required profile

• Strong experience working with technical teams in IT or digital delivery environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Highly proactive with a focus on delivery and timeline adherence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Comfortable diving into detail to unblock issues and drive resolution.
