Senior Production Accountant - Supply Chain Finance

About the Role

Join a global leader in consumer goods as a Production Accountant at our Boksburg powder plant. Reporting to the Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will be a key member of the site leadership team, driving financial excellence and operational efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Main Missions

• Manage the site's P&L and Balance Sheet, ensuring accurate financial reporting and integrity.
• Implement and monitor robust budgets and forecasting processes to guide strategic decisions.
• Maintain rigorous internal controls in strict accordance with the Global Financial Controls Framework (GFCF).
• Oversee inventory control, CAPEX management, and lead financial audit processes.
• Provide high-level financial analysis to support production projects, business cases, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Drive supply chain cost optimization, net productivity improvements, and waste reduction.
• Foster a culture of governance and asset protection across the site.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial accounting (Production/Supply Chain Finance).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate with both internal production teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to lead financial control and governance initiatives.
• Resilient and proactive professional capable of working within a large-scale global organization.
