Senior Integrated Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Integrated Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects for our global creative agency. Working remotely, you will collaborate with account directors, senior account managers and discipline leads to ensure seamless delivery of film, CGI, AI‑driven motion design and digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate and monitor on‑site resources, building strong relationships with discipline leads to assign the right team members per client brief.
• Maintain knowledge of contractual core teams, predict resource requirements and manage maximum spend to protect margins.
• Identify and resolve potential resource conflicts, escalating to Programme Manager or Group Account Director when necessary.
• Own the skill‑set matrix for staff in the designated area and manage projects from initiation to delivery.
• Communicate regularly on milestones, targets, goals and deadlines, and ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
• Oversee production, quality control, ingest and output of assets, approving all deliverables before client hand‑over.
• Gather and store project data efficiently, and host clear, productive meetings at each project stage.
• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience managing complex, integrated creative projects.
• Proven ability to allocate resources, manage budgets and protect project margins.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working closely with account leads and discipline heads.
• Experience leading and mentoring project management teams.
• Excellent communication skills for client feedback handling and meeting facilitation.
