Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the centralised graphic design function for Old Mutual Personal Finance, creating high‑impact visual assets that support the brand and business objectives. This role ensures all creative output complies with Old Mutual Group standards while meeting the specific needs of the Personal Finance division.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the centralised graphic design and asset development function, guaranteeing on‑brand and compliant outputs.
• Oversee the design, upkeep, upload and audit of the Personal Finance marketing hub to keep assets current and accessible.
• Support content compliance sign‑off processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Design and produce digital, graphic and illustrative materials for campaigns, projects and ongoing marketing needs.
• Provide creative assets and guidance for digital, print, packaging and event collateral across the marketing team.
• Maintain thorough documentation and backup of all creative work to ensure business continuity.
• Review and refine assets as part of quality‑assurance processes.
• Monitor design, technology and financial‑services trends to keep outputs relevant and competitive.
• Plan production schedules, analyse development costs and develop project budgets and workflows.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design from a recognised institution.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer.
• Strong understanding of digital design, email newsletters and social‑media visuals.
• Knowledge of HTML is advantageous.
