Senior Graphic Designer (Branding Focus)

About the role

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong branding focus to shape visual identities for a range of US‑based clients. This client‑facing position blends creative leadership with independent project management, offering flexible work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end branding and graphic design projects, from concept through final delivery.
• Develop and evolve brand identities and visual languages for diverse clients.
• Create marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, booklets, and other literature.
• Present ideas and solutions directly to clients in a professional manner.
• Manage multiple deliverables independently while maintaining high‑quality output.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional graphic design and branding experience.
• Proven ownership of end‑to‑end branding projects.
• Portfolio showcasing real client branding work, shared via Google Drive, in English.
• Experience leading live client calls and presentations.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Availability to work US Eastern Time business hours.
