Senior Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Controller to lead our financial reporting function, reinforce internal controls and support the budgeting and forecasting processes. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial information for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Strengthen and monitor financial controls across the organisation.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles, collaborating with operational teams to produce reliable forecasts.
• Manage the Bookkeeper and supervise debtor management activities.
• Partner with the Finance Manager and operational departments to provide insightful financial analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a senior finance role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead financial reporting, control environments and budgeting processes.
• Experience managing a bookkeeping function and handling debtor management.
• Strong collaboration skills with finance and operational teams.
