Senior Compliance QA Analyst – Crypto & Digital Assets

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Global Compliance Quality Assurance function. You will focus on evaluating the effectiveness of compliance controls that support the company’s crypto and digital‑asset products and third‑party relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct QA reviews of financial‑crime and crypto/digital‑asset compliance processes, including onboarding, due‑diligence refreshes, transaction monitoring and sanctions screening.
• Assess control design and operating effectiveness against Mastercard policies and regulatory standards.
• Identify control gaps, recommend practical improvements and track remediation actions.
• Prepare concise QA documentation, reports and workpapers.
• Monitor QA metrics to spot trends and apply QA methodologies to emerging digital‑asset risks.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in compliance, financial‑crime risk, audit or quality‑assurance functions.
• Strong knowledge of digital‑asset and cryptocurrency financial‑crime compliance risks and controls.
• Ability to evaluate complex processes and communicate findings clearly.
